Events
The Executive Women's Roundtable hosts monthly program luncheons in the Washington, DC area (usually the second Tuesday). Networking begins at
11:30 AM. Luncheon, speakers, and discussions start at
12:00 PM.
Our 2008 monthly program luncheon fees are: $30 for members; $45 for
non-members; and $55 for all late registrations (waitlisted) and walk-ins
at the door. Our 2009 monthly program luncheon fees
will remain the same for members but will increase to $50 for
non-members and $60 for all late registrations and walk-ins.

The Executive Women's Roundtable invites you to
join us as we welcome Vernice Armour. She knows something about focus, commitment and defying the odds.
Captain Armour became America's First African-American Female Combat Pilot (recognized by Department of Defense) and the United States Marine Corps' First
African- American Female Pilot and completed two tours of duty in Iraq.
Vernice was also the first African-American woman on the Nashville Police Department's motorcycle squad, Camp Pendleton's 2001 Female Athlete of the Year, two-time titleholder in Camp Pendleton's annual Strongest Warrior Competition, and a running back for the San Diego Sunfire women's professional football team.
As featured on Oprah Winfrey, CNN, Tavis Smiley, NPR and others, Vernice brings us her unique insight and her life strategy
"Acknowledge the obstacles . . . Don't give them power!"
Her special story is featured in "Band of Sisters: American Women at War in Iraq" by Kirsten Holmstedt. Her own book, "FlightPlan" is due for release in early 2009.
